ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Nortek Global HVAC is enhancing its HVAC products with a link to technical literature for faster troubleshooting. The company implemented a new QR code product label to help contractors easily access technical literature associated with the equipment. Contractors can scan the label with their smartphone QR code reader and link directly to the specific model information on the company’s online literature library. Available documents include installation instructions, charging charts, replacement parts lists, wiring diagrams and more.

The on-product literature links join a long list of technology solutions from Nortek Global HVAC to help contractors work more effectively and more efficiently. In addition to the new product labels, the company supports contractors with an in-home sales iPad app, mobile load calculation tools, weekly video tips and even support for managing a Facebook business page.
