Dziwoki to Lead Panasonic HVAC Business in North America

NEWARK, N.J. – Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning North America has added Allan Dziwoki, who will lead Panasonic’s heating and cooling businesses in North America as division vice president & general manager. In his new role, Dziwoki will be responsible for all operations activities for the heating and cooling business in the United States including sales, marketing, service and engineering. Dziwoki will also take charge of the group’s strategic planning, as well as the implementation and management of key initiatives and objectives for the heating and cooling businesses in the U.S.

Dziwoki comes to Panasonic with a wealth of industry experience. Most recently he held senior roles in sales and marketing at Watsco. Before that, he spent 15 years with Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., most recently as the senior vice President of sales, marketing and operations in the Cooling & Heating division. There, he headed up the highly competitive HVAC business and was responsible for revenue growth, market leadership and profitability.

Prior to joining Mitsubishi, Dziwoki served as an officer in the United States Army in Fort Knox, Kentucky, from 1988-1992 with deployments to Central America and Southeast Asia. Following his military service, Dziwoki became operations manager for Giben America, Inc., where he led the support functions for the company, including logistics, service and information technology.
